John Shuttleworth, Chief Executive and Principal
Consultant

John has extensive international experience in senior line management
positions, program management, consultancy and interim management
assignments. He holds qualifications in Business Studies, Personnel
Management, Industrial and Process Engineering. He founded Europartnership
as a consultancy to equip organisations to improve their performance.
He brings an open style, combined with powerful analytical and communication
skills to issues. Teams appreciate his direct, but non-confrontational,
approach and the focus on process needed to bring about practical
change management.
Peter May, Principal Consultant

A relationship and delivery manager with significant experience of selling and delivering successful partnerships, systems integration, business transformation and outsourcing projects across public and commercial sectors in the UK, Europe and America.
Peter has mastery of complex cultural environments amongst leading global companies in Banking and Finance, Government, and commercial companies, in order to deliver IT BPO and ITO solutions.
He has co-ordinated successful campaigns to build and deliver solutions worth a £100m of services based revenue stream for the UK Government. He has a flexible and innovative approach to changing working practices including introduction of: ITIL; Balanced Scorecard and RAG performance assessment schemes; “Pay To Use” operations; and leasing approach for delivery of service solution.
A successful delivery and sales team leader in software and service organisations have been based on integrity and trust with clients, partners and teams. Peter has a justifiable reputation for customer engagement and delivering to commitments.
Neil Shuttleworth, Consultant & Director

Neil has good National and International experience
in consultancy and programme and project management assignments.
He is a co-founder of Europartnership which is a consultancy set
up to equip organisations to improve their performance. This is
delivered by assisting organisations and companies with strategy
development, business planning and performance management.
His main role is to work alongside the Principal consultant
and Senior Consultants within the Europartnership team. Neil’s
involvement on the assignments typically involve strategy and business
consultancy and facilitation, training and development, programme
and project management, and general administration and assignment
support. Neil is an excellent communicator both one on one and with
large groups, and he has very good facilitation skills.
