The europartnership team consists of a number of key players that

John Shuttleworth, Chief Executive and Principal
Consultant

John has extensive international experience in senior line management
positions, program management, consultancy and interim management
assignments. He holds qualifications in Business Studies, Personnel
Management, Industrial and Process Engineering. He founded Europartnership
as a consultancy to equip organisations to improve their performance.
He brings an open style, combined with powerful analytical and communication
skills to issues. Teams appreciate his direct, but non-confrontational,
approach and the focus on process needed to bring about practical
change management.
Jim Doxey, Senior Consultant

Jim brings the experience of a long and successful career in management
in public and private sector environments. In particular, Jim has
extensive experience in setting up partnerships between organisations
joining forces to meet mutual, and sometimes conflicting, objectives.
Jim has a degree in Engineering. In his recent work as a consultant,
however, he has specialised in the performance of organisations,
and change management for groups and individuals.
Neil Shuttleworth, Consultant & Director

Neil has good National and International experience
in consultancy and programme and project management assignments.
He is a co-founder of Europartnership which is a consultancy set
up to equip organisations to improve their performance. This is
delivered by assisting organisations and companies with strategy
development, business planning and performance management.
His main role is to work alongside the Principal consultant
and Senior Consultants within the Europartnership team. Neil’s
involvement on the assignments typically involve strategy and business
consultancy and facilitation, training and development, programme
and project management, and general administration and assignment
support. Neil is an excellent communicator both one on one and with
large groups, and he has very good facilitation skills.
