Building the Corporate Strategy

The challenge was to design a programme to work with Corporate Management Team to build their Corporate Strategy. The team used the Europartnership Performance Driven Management methodolgy over the classic six week planning period.

At the end of the six weeks, they had a robust and fully documented vision and strategy.
